What makes the corridor attractive
- End-user demand. Golf Course Extension Road is a lived-in corridor, not a speculative one — schools, hospitals and retail are already operational.
- Metro access. The Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro station is about five minutes away.
- Road upgrades. As of October 2026, GMDA has proposed road widening and an elevated corridor of about 14 km along Golf Course Extension Road and SPR, between Ghata Chowk and NH-48 via Vatika Chowk. It is a proposal at this stage, but it addresses the corridor's main pain point — peak-hour traffic.
- Proven neighbourhood. Elevate in Sector 59, the first project of the series, is on the same corridor and already delivered.
Views and density
Within the project, the planning favours space over density: about 80% of the 10.5-acre site is planned as open, landscaped area, and every residence has wrap-around balconies with views towards the Aravalli Hills.
